Stage 2: Contract, KYC & Allocation

Agreement Execution & Physical Racking

Execute standard commercial lease agreement with our operating LLC (in formation), complete standard KYC identity verification, and export compliance verification required for NVIDIA compute hardware.

Serial Number Assignment: You are assigned a specific, serial-tracked NVIDIA DGX Spark chassis (e.g. GB10-XXXX-XXXX). That exact machine belongs to your lease from day one.

Data Center Racking: The unit is racked into our secured Burbank–LA colocation cabinet, wired to redundant clean power circuits and connected to our 1 GbE uplink switch.

03
Stage 3: Workload Execution & Remote Management

Switched PDU Control Hard power-cycle reboot via API or remote portal anytime.
Colo Remote Hands Physical troubleshooting and cable checks passed through at cost.

Stage 4: Completion & Title Conveyance

End of Term: Outright Ownership or Continuous Hosting

Upon making the final lease payment (or exercising an early buyout), legal title and bill of sale are assigned to you. You own the hardware free and clear.

Option A: Ship Home or to Your Facility We unrack, securely crate, and hand off your DGX Spark to insured freight or FedEx directly to your home, office, or private lab.
Option B: Keep in Burbank–LA Colo Retain the node in our rack cabinet under a simple, low-cost colocation service contract (covering power and 1GbE bandwidth only).
